Every company needs a Marketing Communications plan. Creating this plan is not a minor task -- it takes research, strategy development, commitment from executive management and plenty of involvement from many individuals. Yet, once it has been completed and approved, it can be largely ignored.

During this presentation you will learn:

- How do you begin? What facts and information do you need to gather? Who do you need to talk to? What elements do you need to consider?
- How do you go about developing your Marketing Communications strategy?
- How does the Marketing Communications plan fit in with your company's marketing plan and overall business plan/
- Where do you put your marketing communications dollars?
- How do you measure the effectiveness of the plan?

Tom and Jane are co-presenting this topic in order to share, from both an agency and client perspective, the process of developing a Marketing Communications plan. In addition, they will discuss how a client company can best leverage the expertise that the agency partner brings to the process.
